We’ve probably done it before! - Plan your event as far ahead as you can - Don’t forget to get permission. It’s one thing to get a broadcasting licence but you may need local permissions for antennas from site holders and/or the local council - Always have a back-up plan for audio and transmission. E.g. if you hire radio mics don’t forget some mics on a cable as well - Secure your site access. You will need to have easy access to the equipment before, during and after the event. - Don’t fiddle! Most of our equipment is pre-set and not user adjustable. We will check with you in advance to make sure we supply equipment on the right frequencies and powers in line with your licence. - Think listeners.
